Alfredo Morelos agrees to join Fenerbahce on free transfer at end of Rangers contract
Alfredo Morelos has agreed to join Fenerbahce on a free transfer at the end of his Rangers contract and will link up with Ryan Kent in Turkey.
Both players are entering the final weeks of their contract at Ibrox and will leave the club once the season ends after Michael Beale revealed that all decisions have now been made.
But according to Fotomac (16 May) both Morelos and Kent will remain teammates next season at Fenerbahce with an agreement in place for the Colombian to join.

It was reported on Tuesday (16 May) that Kent has signed a three-year contract with the option of a fourth year worth £1.5m per-year, and they now report that “the Colombian striker will transfer to Fenerbahce without testimonial, just like Ryan Kent.”
Mental
The speed at which this has happened is pretty crazy, but it’s obviously been in the works for a while considering the performances of the two players this season.
Morelos has been absolutely awful for the most part since his thigh injury at the end of last season, while Kent had a purple patch once Beale came in from QPR in mid-season but other than that has been a shadow of himself.
It’s been obvious for a while that neither player was particularly keen on staying on at Ibrox beyond this season and now it seems as though they have both got their wish.

They formed a relatively lethal partnership during their time together at the club and when they’re on it they’re capable of doing great things.
But we didn’t see it enough over the years and the fact they only have one league title at Ibrox is a sign of them underperforming in reality.
Losing them both for free is something nobody would have expected 18 months ago, but it’s the right move for everyone to start fresh next season.
