Alfredo Morelos fit to play for Rangers v Dundee United – Van Bronckhorst
Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst expects Alfredo Morelos to be fit to face Dundee United, despite his late substitution against Dortmund in midweek.
Morelos scored once and was hugely involved in the fourth goal as Rangers destroyed Dortmund with a 4-2 win in Germany in the Europa League.
His excellent performance was widely lauded and Rangers fans were biting their nails when he was brought off in the final stages of the game, but Van Bronckhorst says it was just because he was tired and he expects him to be available this weekend.

“No, he wasn’t injured,” he said. “I think he was just exhausted and tired because of the performance he put in.
“Not only with the ball, but also his defensive responsibilities, he did really well together with the others. So I don’t think he will be a doubt for Sunday. I think he will be fit.”
Hallelujah
If Morelos had come off hurt, then that masterful performance from the Bears would have been marred to all such is the importance of him to the team.
The Colombian has been the glue that has put the Rangers attack together under the Dutch manager since his arrival back in November.

He has managed a brilliant eight goals in his last ten games and with Rangers looking to build on this momentum in the race for a second consecutive Scottish title, he is key.
With Celtic suffering defeat in the Europa League, the Light Blues will be hopeful that there is a turn of fortunes coming for them with just one point currently separating them in the table.
Morelos being fit will be a huge boost to the team and he’ll most likely be involved in anything positive they do against Dundee United.
