Rangers player set to leave as Ryan Kent development emerges
Ianis Hagi appears to be on his way out of Rangers amid links of a reunion with Ryan Kent.
BBO Sports reported on 2 January that Gers are set to bring the English winger back to Ibrox in the January transfer window.
This could prove to be curtains for Hagi’s time at Ibrox as he has been linked with an exit in the coming weeks. [Clive Lindsay]
Rangers must not sell Ianis Hagi to sign Ryan Kent
Despite resolving the contractual dispute and scoring in the Old Firm derby to beat Celtic 3-0 on 2 January, the 26-year-old still faces an uncertain future at the club.
While most fans would not want this to be the case, it seems like the decision makers have already made up their minds on the Romanian.
Kent, a player who can operate on both wings and occasionally down the middle if needed, seems to be a like-for-like replacement.
The 28-year-old left Rangers in 2023 after an illustrious five-year spell that saw him winning the league as well.
He joined Fenerbahce but struggled in Turkey and is now available on a free transfer.

While selling Hagi to sign Kent would make financial sense, it may not be the best move in terms of strengthening the first team.
In other Rangers news, the club want to sign a midfielder valued at around £650k in the January transfer window.
