When Rangers plan to announce Kevin Kelsy in 'historic' deal
Kevin Kelsy is finally set to be announced as a Rangers player on Thursday.
The Gers have already had a bid accepted for the Venezuela international but have been made to wait to finalise a deal.
VISA issues have held up Kelsy's arrival at Ibrox, but those have now been overcome.
Kelsy will become the Gers' 13th signing of a hectic summer, and likely the last.
And a new update has now been shared on exactly where the transfer stands.

What is latest with Kevin Kelsy to Rangers?
Rangers fans were told the Kelsy deal was done on Wednesday evening.
However, as we have already seen with Couhaib Driouech this window, nothing is official until that announcement drops.
As per Hispanic Sports Media correspondent Edgar Gonzalez via X on Thursday morning, that announcement will be made "in the coming hours".
Rangers have until 5pm to finalise any business.
Gonzalez adds that, as already reported, the fee is set at £9.6million, with various add-ons.
He adds that it is "an historic amount and important step in [Kelsy's] career".
The 'historic amount' is likely to refer to the fact that only Solomon Rondon has ever transferred for a larger amount among Venezuelan players.
Rondon joined West Bromwich Albion from Zenit St Petersburg in August 2015 for a fee equivalent of around £12m at the time.
Will there be any more incomings at Rangers on deadline day?
Thelo Aasgaard has already left Rangers ahead of the window closing.
Nicolas Raskin looks like staying at Ibrox, meanwhile, after some sub-par bids from Besiktas.
As for incomings, Kelsy is expected to round off the Light Blues' business for the window.
Derek McInnes has said as much, in fact, confirming earlier this week that only one deal is being worked on.
Things can always change, but it would take an out-of-the-blue deal to appear for Rangers to do any further business.
