The new Gers boss is set to lead his side into the season opener against Dundee United on Friday after wrapping up pre-season preparations against West Ham.
It had been reported that the 55-year-old was going to give everyone a look-in over pre-season, whether that be in training at Auchenhowie or in other settings, like matches.
The Bears have conducted a significant overhaul of their first-team squad so far this window, but sales will soon be sanctioned.
It's highly likely that several players will leave the club to free up squad space and further finances to complete what will hopefully turn out to be a successful summer window.
With that said, McInnes will have made up his mind on some players in particular who could leave Rangers very soon.

Clinton Nsiala did make it to the squad for the camp in Spain, though the impending arrival of centre-back Olwethu Makhanya will only push the former further down the pecking order, with a departure likely.
Ross McCausland is of interest to Casa Pia, as the European side have even made an approach to permanently take him to Cyprus, with his Ibrox nightmare surely soon to be over.
Nedim Bajrami hasn't done much in pre-season to suggest that he will have made a good impression on McInnes, which circles the Albanian back to leaving the club.
All of the above would most likely depart permanently, while the same could be said for two others.

Lyall Cameron was once a hot prospect in Scotland before coming to Govan, and he's unlikely to be a part of McInnes' plans.
The 23-year-old doesn't suit the Rangers' boss' system, and could leave on loan once more, or even permanently.
The case of Jose Cifuentes is also a strange one, a player who hasn't played for the Bears since the 2023-24 season.
He's currently sidelined with a knee injury, which feels like the only reason why he hasn't already left Ibrox.
Expect plenty of departures before the window closes, especially now that McInnes has been able to have a look at his players.
