The Gers welcome County to Ibrox as Philippe Clement’s side look to build on their improved Scottish Premiership form.
Rangers confirmed their starting XI via X (2 February) with Souttar returning to starting line-up having returned from the bench against Union-SG in the Europa League last time out.
Ianis Hagi and Clinton Nsiala, ineligible to face Union-SG, also returned to the starting line-up in three Gers changes.

John Souttar returns to Rangers line-up
Although the Light Blues have had a difficult campaign, they seem to have got themselves on track of late and come into the game unbeaten in 10 across all competitions.
Nevertheless, the 10-point gap between Rangers in second place and Celtic at the top of the table is an alarming reminder of how tough the season has been for Clement’s side.
With this in mind, it’s important for the Gers to continue building upon their form and picking up three points in the hope that the points gap between themselves and their rivals will be smaller by the end of the term.

A win against Union SG in the Europa League on Thursday (30 January) meant the Glasgow outfit putting them straight through to the knockout stages of the competition.
After their game against County, they will be preparing for Scottish Cup action knowing that going as far as possible serves the boss with the highest chance of gaining some approval at the end of the campaign.
Therefore, a comfortable result against the team sitting 11th in the league should be the expectation allowing the momentum to continue before Sunday’s (9 February) cup game.
In other Rangers news, chiefs must be ready to pounce as a midfield target could now be set for an exit.
