According to the Daily Record on 19 July, Real Betis and Villarreal are keeping an eye on the Belgian star's situation in Govan, but are yet to match his price tag in G51.

Who could Raskin money be spent on?

Rangers have evident transfer priorities in their squad ahead of next season.

McInnes clearly needs a couple of centre-backs at the Gers after letting John Souttar look for a way out.

A backup left-back to cover in Tuur Rommens' absence is also required, while another right-back may be needed if Dujon Sterling continues to struggle with fitness issues.
