Couhaib Driouech could soon complete his move to Rangers from PSV Eindhoven.

The Gers have agreed a deal in principle to sign the Morocco winger from the Eredivisie club this transfer window.

With the 24-year-old already in Glasgow, an announcement should be imminent at the Light Blues.

Driouech will undergo his medical on Wednesday and then sign a four-year contract at Ibrox.

The Glaswegian outfit are paying around £7million for the attacker's services.

In Eindhoven, the forward has established himself as a big-game player after his performances in the Champions League, and fans in G51 will soon be able to witness him in their colours.

Couhaib Driouech transfer latest at Rangers

Peter Bosz recently claimed that Driouech wasn't fully fit as the Gers continued to work on his signing.

The winger's medical examination will take place on 12 August before he finalises his move from PSV.

According to Eindhovens Dagblad journalist Rik Elfrink on X, the Morocco national's presentation in Glasgow is scheduled for Thursday.

Elfrink also told Ibrox News that no complications are expected regarding Driouech's medical examination with the Glaswegian outfit.

It looks like fans in G51 will have to wait a bit longer before the winger's arrival in Govan is sealed.

Why Couhaib Driouech arrival could lead to Derek McInnes experiment at Ibrox

Rangers are paying PSV a hefty sum to get a deal over the line for Driouech.

Derek McInnes will surely rely on the attacker as his first choice on the left-wing, considering the financial commitment.

It wouldn't make sense to play the Moroccan ace out of his best position.

Findlay Curtis' performances in recent matches have helped him stake a claim on the left side of the attack, but he may be set for a role change.

The Scotland international certainly has to be a part of McInnes' plans and showed on loan at Kilmarnock that he can make a difference on the right flank.

Curtis can not only play as a winger but also a full-back, which could come in handy due to Dujon Sterling's and Ross McCrorie's struggles at the start of the season.

It will be interesting to see how the 20-year-old's development progresses in Govan.
