What we know as Rangers agree fee for Vanja Dragojevic transfer
Rangers look like they are closing on the signing of Partizan captain Vanja Dragojevic.
The 20-year-old midfielder has been linked with a move to Ibrox over the past several weeks.
Rangers have been busy adding to Derek McInnes' squad throughout the transfer window.
Ivor Pandur, Ross McCrorie, Ben Godfrey, Dan Neil, Cammy Devlin, and Lawrence Shankland have all joined this summer.
But the business is not done yet, and central midfield is an area Rangers are keen to rebuild this further.
Now, a report from Serbia suggests that the deal for Dragojevic is now closer than ever.
How much will Rangers pay for Vanja Dragojevic?
Ibrox News has previously covered reports that Dragojevic had "one foot" out the door at Partizan ahead of his move to Rangers.
It was said then that a deal between the two clubs was extremely close and only final details needed sorting before the deal can be announced.
Now, Serbian media outlet TV Arena Sport has reported that Partizan have accepted Rangers' latest offer for Dragojevic.
They have said that Partizan have agreed to sell for a fee in the region of £4.6million (€5.5m).
Moreover, Rangers have agreed to pay additional bonuses, which will become clearer once the deal is announced, TV Arena Sport have said.
It was reported that Rangers previously had a bid of around £4.3m rejected, though the signing of Timothy Ouma on loan from Slavia Prague was taken as a sign a deal was close.
Who else have Rangers been linked to?
Rangers are pretty well stocked in central midfield as things stand.
But there are growing reports that Nicolas Raskin will be sold this summer, with Bologna and Hull City both linked to his signature.
Connor Barron is also said to be attracting interest from Italy, and if a good offer is received Rangers might be open to letting him move on.
Lewis Ferguson, currently playing for Bologna, has been heavily linked with Rangers and played for McInnes at Aberdeen.
Tromso midfielder Jens Hjerto-Dahl is also a reported target for Rangers, who are keen to press on with their transfer plans.
