Phil Neville has explained exactly why Rangers fans can be excited by the signing of Kevin Kelsy.
The Gers are expected to announce Kelsy as their next signing of a hectic summer transfer window.
Kelsy has been waiting on a visa before joining Rangers, but there are not expected to be any further glitches.
The 22-year-old is set to cost a sizeable fee at £9.5million, with that price locked in with Major League Soccer side Portland Timbers.
That fee has been questioned by many, but Neville believes it could be a great signing for the Gers.

What has Phil Neville said about 'star' Kevin Kelsy?
Neville was in charge of Portland Timbers when Kelsy arrived from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2025.
While he has not been a Timbers player all that long, and Neville has since departed, the striker has certainly caught the eye.
And it is not just what he does on the pitch that has left Neville raving about Rangers' likely next transfer.
When it was put to Neville by presenter Kevin Egan that the fee has left him and others "stunned", the former Manchester United and Everton player disagreed.
"He's a star," said Neville, who made more than 500 career appearances in the Premier League. "When you look at the attributes needed to play at the top, top level, it's not just the finishing and physique but also the attitude.
"Early on [at Timbers] we landed at 1am and he went to the training ground to do his recovery. He set the standard.
"He does the little things incredibly well. They're spending all this money on potential. He has a long way to go, but I saw star quality. Arrogance.
"I spoke to Rangers last week and told them you'll get someone who's not the finished article, but if you give him lots of love and let him develop, he's a star."
As Neville says, Kelsy - a player unknown to many a couple of weeks ago, let's be honest - will provide more than just goals to Rangers.
How will Rangers line up once Kelsy joins?
Derek McInnes can breathe a little easier thanks to Rangers' 1-0 win over Aberdeen on Sunday.
Lawrence Shankland scored the only goal from the penalty spot in second half at Pittodrie.
However, it may well be that the summer signing from Hearts is the fall guy once Kelsy arrives at Ibrox.
Kelsy is a centre-forward and, on the basis of what we have read and seen, he could come straight into the XI.
Djeidi Gassama, assuming he stays amid transfer interest from elsewhere, will start on one flank and Kim Min-su on the other.
It provides McInnes with another option up top in the prolonged absence of Youssef Chermiti, and hopefully one who helps raise standards both on and off the field.
