Rangers were reported to have an interest in One last month, with Russell Martin's Leicester City also keen.
The Scotland U21s star is still at Bramall Lane, and could yet head to Ibrox this summer.

But this could suit the Gers if the Blades are open to a loan move, so that their own transfer plans aren't financially affected after Chermiti's injury.
The last thing the 49ers probably want to do is spend millions on a new centre-forward, especially after rejecting mega bucks for Chermiti.
The Star reported that One is likely to be in and around Chris Wilder's first team once more this season, amid reports of interest from Rangers.
