Rangers may have signed six new players this summer, but there are plenty more to come.

Cammy Devlin is the latest to sign on the dotted line, joining on a free transfer after leaving Hearts.

The Australian follows the same path as Derek McInnes and Lawrence Shankland, who made the move from Tynecastle to Ibrox.

The Bears have also signed Ivor Pandur, Ross McCrorie, Ben Godfrey and Dan Neil.

But, with Rangers currently in Spain as they continue their pre-season, McInnes has admitted the need for more.

With three priority transfers revealed, one could be edging ever closer.

Vanja Dragojevic days away from Rangers

Despite already adding two new faces in midfield, more are expected at Ibrox.

The Partizan Belgrade captain has been chased for weeks now, with it likely to cost more than £5million to get a deal done, via Telegraf.

That's also alongside links to Tromso's Jens Hjerto-Dahl, who has admitted he would like a move to Glasgow.

While signing both could be possible, it would likely take sales to justify the outlay, with two other key areas being targeted.

Where else do Rangers want to strengthen?

Six down, plenty more to go.

Chris Jack has reported for the Rangers Review that as well as another central midfielder, the Bears want a left-sided centre-back and a right winger.

It makes sense, given that Mikey Moore looks unlikely to return from Tottenham and John Souttar is headed to the exit door.

Links have been sparce in those two areas, with Vaclav Cerny an interesting possibility between now and the deadline.

With that right winger spot becoming a priority, Rangers and Andrew Cavenagh could splash further cash to get a deal done.

Already adored by those in the stands at Ibrox, the Czechia star would surely welcome a return to Glasgow.

It could all depend on what McInnes specifically wants though, given that Cerny's success came under different managers.

But, with Dragojevic now looking likely to fill that midfield priority, expect several other links in those other positions.

Rangers are not messing around.
