Celtic ‘worry’ shared by Chris Sutton shortly before Rangers clash
Celtic find themselves as favourites for Sunday’s Old Firm showdown with Rangers, but Chris Sutton is not wholly convinced.
The Glasgow rivals face off at Celtic Park for one final time in what has been a chaotic Scottish Premiership season.
Rangers’ title hopes are effectively over, even accounting for Hearts’ draw at Motherwell on Saturday, after their defeat at Tynecastle earlier this week.
Celtic have not been much better this season, yet they will be favourites for the title in the eyes of many if they beat Rangers on Sunday.
Sutton will be working as a pundit for the Old Firm showdown and he has now shared his views shortly before kick-off.

Rangers can seriously dent Celtic’s title hopes
Celtic have won back-to-back games since top-flight action resumed and have won five in a row going further back.
Danny Rohl‘s side had themselves started to show a little consistency prior to defeats against Motherwell and Hearts, which brought an end to any hopes of finishing first.
However, the Gers have plenty to play for on Sunday as a win – or even a draw – should also end Celtic’s title aspirations.
Martin O’Neill’s men technically have their fate in their own hands given that they take on Hearts next weekend.
But dropped points on home soil against Rangers would change the landscape massively.
Speaking live on Sky Sports News ahead of the game, Sutton said: “Celtic fans would have watched the game last night and been delighted Hearts dropped points, so it’s essentially now in their hands.
“But this will be a tight game today. Celtic have made heavy work of a lot of games, including against Hibs last time out when [their opponents] were down to 10 men.
“They’re on their best run with five wins on the spin, but they’re playing in patches and that’s my worry.”

Sutton is right to be worried about Celtic’s patchiness, but the same is also true of Rangers – even more so, in fact.
Rohl’s side were impressive for 45 minutes against Hearts on Monday, before completely collapsing when it mattered – not for the first time.
Rohl’s Rangers job could be on the line vs Celtic
Rohl was strongly linked with the Wolfsburg job earlier this week, which came as something of a surprise given the Gers’ current struggles.
The German is devoid of plenty of blame if Rangers do fall short, but he does have to shoulder some of it.
It emerged on the morning of the Old Firm clash, however, that Rangers will consider sacking Rohl if they lose against Celtic.

Furthermore, Steven Gerrard is being lined up to replace Rohl should that happen.
If anyone thought Sunday’s game had little riding on it, then, think again.
