Rangers: Danny Rohl can’t make Mikey Moore-esque error with Tuur Rommens vs Hearts
Rangers manager Danny Rohl has to start Tuur Rommens against Hearts in the William Hill Premiership on Monday.
The German manager provided an injury update on the left-back ahead of the game at Tynecastle Park on 4 May, with the defender returning to training, although he may not be 100 per fit yet.
Ryan Naderi is also back for Rohl, but the German manager raised doubts over the striker and Rommens’ availability for the upcoming game.
While the jury may still be out on the German striker, the former Westerlo star should absolutely start against the Jam Tarts even if he isn’t fully fit.
Rommens has made a massive impact under Rohl and it would be remiss of the German manager to hold anything back in EH11, as the Glaswegian outfit’s title hopes surely depend on securing a victory.

Rohl didn’t start Mikey Moore against Motherwell at Ibrox in the Gers’ 3-2 loss because of fitness concerns.
The Tottenham Hotspur loanee subsequently had to be substituted on after the break as the Light Blues found themselves two goals down after the opening 45 minutes.

Moore was exceptional for the Glaswegian outfit in the second half, and fans wondered why the German manager hadn’t just started him in the first place.
While Rommens may not be able to complete the full 90 minutes at Tynecastle Park, Rohl should pick his best players on the day, and the left-back has undoubtedly been one of them in recent months.
Hearts will be wary of Rangers star
Youssef Chermiti has been deadly for Rangers in the big moments, with a majority of his league goals this season coming against Hearts and Celtic.
In the last fixture between the Gers and the Jambos, the Portuguese striker scored a hat-trick at Ibrox, winning three valuable points in the 4-2 victory.
Derek McInnes will surely have a game plan to stop Chermiti, but travelling supporters will certainly hope he can replicate his heroics in Edinburgh.
