Bojan Miovski dropped, Danny Rohl recalls unpopular player – Rangers predicted XI vs Kilmarnock
Danny Rohl has plenty of tough choices to make when naming his starting lineup for Rangers’ clash with Kilmarnock on Saturday.
The Bears have drawn their last three matches in all competitions, and they can’t afford to drop points against a struggling Kilmarnock side.
Rangers’ 2-2 draw with Dundee United was a frustrating affair, with the Light Blues squandering a host of chances that has resulted in them slipping further behind Celtic and Hearts in the title race.
The issues in front of goal have worsened as the season has progressed, even if the Gers did score twice last time out, and Rohl is likely to rotate Bojan Miovski out of the side for Youssef Chermiti once more.

Youssef Chermiti to replace Bojan Miovski vs Kilmarnock
Rangers are likely to make just one change against Kilmarnock, despite the fact that Rohl‘s side failed to win on Wednesday.
Miovski has been severely underwhelming since arriving from Girona in the transfer window, and fellow summer arrival Chermiti – who is not exactly popular at Ibrox right now – could take his place.
Chermiti missed a golden chance against Dundee United, although Rohl has continued down this trend of changing his striker every match.

| Draws | 8 |
| Losses | 1 |
| Points | 23 |

Therefore, even though Chermiti is performing well below par, evidence suggests Rohl will go with a change of personnel up front.
This clearly shows he places very little faith in his attacking options, although Nedim Bajrami’s excellent run of form has him nailed down as a starter at the moment.
Rangers are plagued by injuries in defence, and the backline is expected to remain the same as John Souttar and Derek Cornelius slowly recover from their respective issues.
Djeidi Gassama needs to add goals to his game, although he will undoubtedly start again, with Danilo continuing his role on the left wing.

Kilmarnock have won just two out of their 15 league matches this campaign, and Nico Raskin and Connor Barron could establish some real dominance in the centre of the pitch.
Connor Barron and Nico Raskin developing a strong partnership
Mohamed Diomande’s woeful performances have left him on the bench, and Barron has emerged as one of the standout players of Rangers’ terrible season.
The Scotland international is on course to make the 2026 World Cup squad, and his midfield partner Raskin could join him.
The Belgium international suffered a wobbly start to the season under Russell Martin, but has since proved his importance under Rohl.

| Appearances | 10 |
| Goals | 2 |
| Assists | 1 |
| Dribble success rate | 68% |
| Chances created | 24 |
The 24-year-old has been crucial to Rangers’ creativity in the final third, and if it weren’t for his influence in midfield, the Bears would be in a much worse position.
Both players have developed a good understanding of each other, and they are starting to become nailed-on starters for Rohl.
