Leon King immediately reacts as Rangers transfer officially confirmed
Russell Martin hasn’t hesitated to build a team that suits him this summer.
The Light Blues boss has brought in seven players since taking charge, and the latest signing could cause a shakeup at Ibrox.
Despite Rangers’ incomings, outgoings are also expected, with Cyriel Dessers the latest to be linked with an exit.
Leon King is another who could leave this summer and is understood to be surplus to requirements under Martin.

King reacts to Rangers’ Djiga signing
Nasser Djiga has been officially announced as a Rangers player.
The defender is set to meet his fellow Gers teammates at St George’s Park in Burton and will seemingly complete Martin’s defence.
Djiga could spell the end for one of Rangers’ promising youngsters.

After Djiga’s move was announced by Gers on Instagram, King was quick to leave a like on the post.
The 21-year-old has just one year remaining on his contract and is said to be assessing his options after his move to Wycombe collapsed.
King struggled for gametime at Ibrox last season and spent the second half of last season on loan with Scottish Championship side Queen’s Park.
The defender started Gers’ 2-2 draw against Brugge but struggled to impress Martin in his first match in charge.
Rangers could struggle to get a fee for King
With King having just one year left on his contract, the 49ers should agree to terminate his contract.
It is clear that the youngster will struggle to work his way into Martin’s side and could fail to attract much transfer interest.
King could be moved on alongside Ben Davies this summer, with both defenders being sent out on loan last season.
While the defender could come good elsewhere, it wouldn’t be wise for Gers to sit around waiting for him to show what he is capable of, especially given his contract situation.
After such a disappointing last campaign, Rangers can’t afford to be giving players multiple chances when they are not up to scratch.
