Rangers eye new transfer in £1m Richard King twist
Rangers will have to pay a fee of around £1million if they are to secure the services of Cavalier FC defender Richard King, according to Rangers News.
The news outlet reported on 9 January that the Jamaican club are looking for compensation in that region in order to sell the defender wanted by West Ham and Newcastle as well.

Rangers need to sign a defender in January
If the Jamaican defender is available for that fee then it is a bargain that Gers have to consider this month.
It goes without saying that they need to sign a new centre-back with Neraysho Kasanwirjo, John Souttar and Dujon Sterling all injured.
The performances on the field of play are also far from inspiring and perhaps a few game-changing signings could help see the club perform better.
Signing King at that fee is a low-risk move and one that the club should consider if he’s someone who comes in highly recommended.
Nils Koppen and Philippe Clement certainly will be working in tandem and if they both approve of this, then by all means, they should go ahead and sign him.

Fans will hope that King strengthens the first team and yields immediate rewards as a lot of responsibilities will be thrust upon him.
In other Rangers news, an update has emerged on the club securing the permanent transfer of a two-time league-winning midfielder.
