Clement axes terrible Igamane, two changes – Rangers predicted XI v Hibernian
Philippe Clement is expected to make two changes to his starting line-up when Rangers travel to Hibernian on Sunday.
Striker Hamza Igamane is expected to drop to the bench against Hibs after a miserable performance in the 3-0 victory over Celtic on Thursday (2 January).
The other change might come in midfield as Connor Barron fights for a starting spot in Clement’s engine room for the Scottish Premiership clash at Easter Road (5 January).
The contest is expected to come too soon for Jack Butland, James Tavernier, Leon Balogun and John Souttar who missed the win over the Bhoys through injury.
Rangers to make two changes from stunning Celtic win
Liam Kelly is expected to keep his spot between the sticks for the Easter Road clash with Butland still recovering from a leg injury.
Razvan Yilmaz is predicted to start at right-back for the Gers after Tavernier missed the Old Firm win with an injury.
At the heart of the defence, the makeshift partnership of Dijon Sterling and Robin Propper might continue due to injuries to Balogun and Souttar.
Jefte is expected to keep his place on the left side after an impressive performance against Brendan Rodgers’ side.
At the base of midfield, Connor Barron might replace Mohamed Diomande to partner Nicolas Raskin who was immense against the Bhoys, creating two big chances and notching an assist.
Nedim Bajrami is predicted to keep his starting role in the number ten position with Vaclav Cerny and Ianis Hagi expected to continue on the flanks for the Light Blues.

Hamza Igamane is expected to be dropped against the Edinburgh side after his poor performance as the lone striker against Celtic with Danilo replacing him.
The Moroccan forward lost the most duels in the match (12) and created just 0.13 expected goals whereas the Brazilian scored the third goal to put the game beyond doubt in his ten-minute cameo off of the bench.
Clement will be hoping that the win over their arch-rivals gives his side momentum to try and close the 11-point gap at the top of the league.
He is still under severe pressure to remain in the dugout at Ibrox and his position could still become untenable with the wrong results despite the win over Celtic.
