Rangers: Heart and Hand take dig at Michael Beale after Sunderland sack
Heart and Hand have slammed Michael Beale after his sackings at Rangers and Sunderland with an announcement made on 19 February.
The Black Cats relieved the Englishman of his duties after just 12 games in charge at the Stadium of Light.
He lost six of those matches and saw his side fall to 10th in the league which forced the owners in action.
Heart and Hand wrote on Twitter: “Said it before, when managers leap into a job straight after a sacking without taking a break to clear their head and reflect on WHY it didn’t work, it rarely works.”
Rangers and Sunderland will not miss Michael Beale
Beale has been a disgrace who wasn’t liked by the fans at Sunderland and this clip shows exactly why and how Rangers are better off without him.
Both teams made the right call in sacking Michael Beale due to his apparent inability to connect with players and fans, as evidenced by recent incidents and results.
Beale’s dismissal from both sides within a short period indicates a pattern of failure to foster positive relationships and deliver results on the pitch.
His departure from Sunderland after just 12 games reflects his struggle to meet expectations and address fan discontent despite being given a fair chance.
Beale needs a break to reflect on his management style and why he has been unable to garner support from players and fans.
This break will allow him to reassess his approach, perhaps focusing on developing better interpersonal skills and a stronger rapport with those around him.
Ultimately, it’s a necessary step for Beale to understand why he has been unsuccessful and how he can improve if he wishes to continue his career in football management.
In other Rangers news, a recent £10m claim has emerged directly having long-term consequences Gers and the supporters will certainly be fuming with it.
