Rangers likely to be impacted as Dean Henderson set for Manchester United stay
Dean Henderson staying at Manchester United and not leaving for Nottingham Forest is likely to impact Rangers this summer.
According to Herald Scotland on 11 August, the Old Trafford outfit wanted to sign Gers keeper Robby McCrorie this summer.
However, that move was contingent on Henderson leaving for Forest as that would free up space for another keeper.

With David de Gea leaving and Jack Butland joining Rangers, United would’ve needed another keeper along with Amadou Onana had the Englishman left too.
That does not seem to be happening now as 90Min reported on 18 August that Henderson is now unlikely to leave and join Forest.
Mail Plus reported on 11 August that Gers wanted seven figures to part ways with their reserve goalkeeper.
This would’ve been a windfall that nobody at the club would’ve said no to especially as McCrorie has very little chance to usurp Butland.

He stayed at Ibrox thus far in order to become the first choice but now that does not look to be on the cards any time soon.
Rangers will be hoping that there’s another club that comes in and pays them seven figures for the keeper as their transfer activity is unlikely to be done this summer.
They do need another defender and additional funds to secure his services will see them target a better calibre of player.
In other Rangers news, a manager at an English has broken his silence as Gers now explore move to sign international defender.
