Alfredo Morelos misses Rangers win at St Mirren as he is spotted aboard flight to England
Outgoing Rangers star Alfredo Morelos was pictured on board a flight on Friday, leading to speculation that he could be set for a summer switch to a club in England, as featured by Glasgow World.
He was seemingly on a British Airways flight to London, as posted online by a Twitter user one day prior to the final game of the season for Michael Beale’s side, which was won away to St Mirren.
As he heads for the end of his contract, Morelos is a free agent to sign a new deal with another club following a disappointing end to his career at Ibrox.

The report mentioned how some were surprised that the striker was bailing out ahead of the club’s last fixture of the campaign as well as more on talk of where his next stop will be.
“Others were intrigued to find out where the club’s all-time leading European goal scorer was heading after the user who uploaded the picture confirmed London was the destination,” it said.
“From there, it remains unclear whether Morelos is due to take a connecting flight to another destination.”

Unlikely prospect
Let’s cut to the chase, Morelos was most likely heading for London to board another flight back home to Colombia to be reunited with his family.
At this stage, he will have offers on the table for continuing his career elsewhere but the Premier League is a very unlikely prospect.
For too long, Morelos’ application and impact have been way below what would be required in the English top flight but it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
After the fond farewell of Wednesday night at Ibrox when he was afforded a goodbye to the fans alongside Allan McGregor, Scott Arfield, Ryan Kent, and Filip Helander, Michael Beale will likely have been content for the colourful character to go his own way.
Morelos returned a modest 11 league goals in his final campaign in Glasgow, with his last strikes coming in the 5-2 victory over St Mirren on 15 April.
