Luis Palma drops Rangers transfer hint as he makes '1000%' exit claim
Luis Palma has confirmed that he will leave Aris FC this summer amid reports that Rangers are ready to spend big to bring him to Ibrox.
The Honduras winger has caught the attention of several clubs across Europe but it’s Michael Beale’s side that are said to be leading the way for a £4.4m deal.
But with talks underway with the player’s agent, he has now confirmed that he will be leaving the Greek club and even hinted about where his destination could be.
Palma was asked by Meso, as quoted by BNSports (25 May), what the chances of him leaving Aris FC this summer were to which he replied, “1000%”.
He then followed that up with a hint about where he could end up playing his football.
“I like the leagues in Belgium, Spain, the Premier League, Scotland, Holland.”

Move quickly
Rangers have started quickly in the transfer window, but the signings so far have been free deals which means they’ve been able to get a head start.
Kieran Dowell has already been confirmed and both Dujon Sterling and Jack Butland are expected to follow, with Jose Cifuentes not far behind in a deal for a minimal fee.
But Palma is likely to be one of the more expensive deals of the summer in the Scottish Premiership if he is to join the club and that means the club must move quickly to ensure they land him ahead of other clubs that are interested.
If Rangers are willing to spend big money on him then it suggests that the club are backing Michael Beale properly, and he will want his players in quickly ahead of the new season.
If they’re willing to pay up then there’s no point waiting around, just get the deal done and make sure that the manager isn’t left to deal with secondary targets when there is no need for it.
