Andy Walker blasts 'poor' Ryan Jack after what he saw live in Rangers 2-2 draw v Hearts
Andy Walker has blasted Rangers ace Ryan Jack for his role in the late equaliser from Hearts in the Scottish Premiership draw between the clubs on Wednesday (24 May).
Hearts attacker Garang Kuol salvaged a point for the visitors at Ibrox with a 94th-minute strike, with the match ending 2-2.
The youngster fired the ball home after Jack’s attempted clearance fell to his feet in the dying seconds of the match.
Speaking on Sky Sports Football on Wednesday night (09:38pm), Walker said: “Well, Rangers gave it away in the middle of the park and Kuol here takes benefit of a poor touch.
“That first touch from the substitute Ryan Jack. Look at him here – he can’t get it away. And it’s right into the path of Kuol and credit to him, he stabs it home past McGregor. It’s a beautiful moment for Kuol.”

It really was a poor moment from Jack, who couldn’t quite sort his feet out quick enough in order to clear the ball.
The blame will be largely pinned on the Scotland international, but quite simply, the ball should never have reached him in the first place, with his teammates letting him down just ahead of him with their failures to deal with the Hearts attack.
It was superb determination from Hearts and indeed youngster Kuol to continue playing right until the very last whistle, something that cannot be said about the home side.
Their minds were perhaps already on the beach, with the Gers having nothing to play for ever since fierce rivals Celtic won the Scottish Premiership title and also knocked them out of the Scottish Cup.
The result, therefore, didn’t actually matter, but it will still have disappointed manager Michael Beale and the fans watching on, in what was the club’s final home match of the season.
In other Rangers news, Scott Arfield has sent Gers fans a message after the announcement that he would be leaving the club at the end of the season.
