Rangers chief Colin Stewart rages on Twitter after ‘rude’ no-shows for Ibrox interviews

Rangers Youth Development coach Colin Stewart was left raging on Twitter after “rude” no-shows from three different people for potential Ibrox interviews.

It’s unconfirmed as to which individuals Stewart was referring to in his tweet but the former Ibrox goalkeeper was left raging after three different people confirmed they would attend interviews but did not show up.

In a tweet posted on Tuesday afternoon [28 March], Stewart wrote:

“When you accept an interview and confirm that you’ll attend. Not turning up & switching your phone off is poor form. Three different people in recent weeks.

“Don’t be that person. Rude.”

Who? What?

It will be really interesting to know who and what Stewart is referring to here.

Confirming your place in an interview, then not showing up with your phone really is indeed “poor form” and really isn’t a good look from those three individuals.

However, many will, unfortunately, be left guessing and quizzing just who rejected the chance for interviews and what these potential conversations were about.

Stewart has certainly left Gers fans guessing here and whether he confirms the nature of the interviews or all parties involved at a later time remains to be seen.

Though, the former Gers goalkeeper is certainly within his rights to express his dismay at what’s happened.

Let’s hope these few individuals aren’t involved directly with Rangers or it could well reflect badly on a club Michael Beale is looking to transform both on and off the pitch in the near future. You’d rarely see these kinds of comical issues emerge at Old Firm rivals Celtic, mind.

In other Rangers news, Richard Keys has blasted former manager Steven Gerrard for celebrating in front of Celtic fans during a legends game.
