Michael Beale to use QPR contacts for new Rangers signings – Sir Kenny Dalglish
Michael Beale needs to act in the January window and the Rangers boss could use his “good contacts” to sign players from Queens Park Rangers, as suggested by Sir Kenny Dalglish.
Writing his column for The Sunday Post (Sport, 8 January, page 20), Dalglish suggests that Beale may have to sell before he can buy.
The Bears boss admitted on 7 January [The Scottish Sun] that he has held talks with two or three players, and they are willing to join Ibrox this month.

“Michael Beale, however, knows he needs to bring in some fresh talent. And the sooner he does that, the better,” wrote Dalglish for Sunday Post.
“Perhaps he will need to sell before he can buy? Tim will tell.
“The Rangers boss knows the market, and has good contacts. I’m sure he would have had targets when he was manager of QPR, and maybe he will now move for them to bring them to Ibrox.”
January
It will be interesting to see how the January window shapes up for the Gers, as Beale will look to stamp his own authority on the side.
He has inherited a decent squad from Giovanni van Bronckhorst, but clearly feels the need to make necessary additions.
To be fair, there is a possibility that Beale could be forced to sell some of the players, especially those who haven’t featured regularly under him.

At the same time, the futures of Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent have been heavily speculated, both are in the final years of their deals.
Beale hasn’t given any indication that he wants to sell either of them, so it remains to be seen whether he can persuade them to sign new contracts at Ibrox.
Chris Willock could be one of the players Beale might want to bring to Ibrox from QPR. He thrived under Beale at Loftus Road, but the Bears will need to pay a big fee to sign him.
In other Rangers news, the Gers want to sign this South American ace who’s playing in Europe.
