Rangers confirmed starting line-up v Ross County: Ryan Jack dropped

Michael Beale has named a strong Rangers starting line-up against Ross County at Dingwall on Friday (23 December) in the Scottish Premiership.

The Bears are heading into this game on the back of a dramatic 3-2 win against Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership on 20 December.

Via Twitter, the Bears have shared the playing eleven for this game with four changes being made to the side after Beale confirmed he would wield his axe early.

Allan McGregor is dropped to the bench, while the likes of James Sands, Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Jack are also missing. Jon McLaughlin starts in goal, while Scott Arfield, Ben Davies and Jon Lundstram return.

Another thriller?

The Gers have now secured back-to-back wins under Beale, both the game ending in a 3-2 win for the Scottish giants.

Will there be another five-goal thriller today? Whatever it is, as long as the Bears are picking up all three points, nothing else matters.

In the previous two games under Beale, we have seen how the Gers have shown tremendous mental fortitude to come from behind to seal all three points.

Against Hibernian, Morelos scored the winner towards the end. Scott Arfield scored twice in the stoppage time to make it a heroic win.

Ahead of the match, Beale made it clear that he will make as many as five changes from the side.

Rangers are still nine points behind Celtic, but it’s really good to see that they are picking up wins against good teams.

They simply need to win their games and keep the pressure on Celtic. Hopefully, Beale will pick up his third win in a row.
