Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara transfer target for 10 Ligue 1 teams
Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara is reportedly being targeted by as many as 10 teams in Ligue 1 with a January exit on the cards.
According to French media outlet Foot Mercato [20 December], half the teams in France’s top tier want to sign the 27-year-old next month.
The Times reported earlier in December that Nantes were preparing a £6million bid for the Finland international, but they’re now going to be battling a host of rivals in their division to secure his services.

France bound?
We’re unsure what Kamara is going to do in the coming weeks as he has been linked with the Ibrox exit door for a while.
However, Michael Beale’s arrival could change things as he thrived under him and Steven Gerrard a couple of seasons ago and could expect to roll back time.
But if Beale does not deem him good enough for the future, he could ask the club to cash in on him in January itself.
Looking at the number of Ligue 1 clubs interested in securing his services, we would be surprised if he goes anywhere else except France.
The tempo and physical nature of the league would suit the Finland midfielder and he could rekindle his career at one of the big clubs there.
It’s also good for Rangers as they can settle on a price for him and will not even need to negotiate it any further.
