TalkSPORT pundit calls out Nicola Sturgeon after Rangers Champions League stat emerges
Jason Cundy has mocked Rangers and called out Nicola Sturgeon after the Champions League defeat against Ajax.
Tuesday’s 3-1 loss saw Gers ending the competition as the worst ever team with six losses from six and 22 goals conceded with just two scored.
They failed to get any additional revenue from the Champions League as they did not register a single point and as they finished fourth, they did not qualify for the Europa League either.

Speaking on talkSPORT, Cundy said, via the Scottish Sun, “What is going on in Scotland?
“It’s not good enough. We have a little bit of fun but the truth is they are the worst side ever – ever! Nicola Sturgeon, where is she?”
Shameful
Few expected Rangers to have a good run in the group, especially with teams like Napoli and Liverpool fighting for qualification.
However, one win, at the very least, was something that the fans would have wanted to make it worth their while.
To end as the worst team in history is certainly not what they had in mind, especially after how good they’ve been in Europe last season.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst and the board must take the blame for all of this as this is unacceptable and things need to improve sooner rather than later.
Whether getting rid of the manager is what the club decide to do now, then so be it, but something needs to be done.
Ideally, the board needs a complete overhaul and Ross Wilson must be shown the door as soon as possible.
Some of the decisions he’s made are baffling, to say the least, and the club desperately needs a change of course moving forward.
