Rangers official partner reacts to major incident v Aberdeen

Heart and Hand, the official Rangers partner has reacted on Twitter after Ridvan Yilmaz picked up an injury in the first half against Aberdeen.

Rangers returned to winning ways in the Scottish Premiership after beating Aberdeen 4-1 at Ibrox, with goals coming from Antonio Colak, John Lundstram, James Tavernier and Alfredo Morelos.

Yilmaz started the game strongly and made a couple of direct runs toward the opposition’s goal, but he was replaced in the 9th minute.

Borna Barisic replaced him in the first half after he appeared to have damaged his hamstring, as relayed by The Atheltic journalist, Jordan Campbell.

Via Twitter, they wrote: “Ridvan off injured. Absolutely unbelievable our injuries right now.”

Tough luck

The Bears are going through tough luck with injuries. The defence has been absolutely ravaged by injuries, and the latest injury to Yilmaz has come as a real blow.

Yilmaz joined in the summer transfer window from Besiktas, but he barely featured under Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

The Dutchman probably felt that the Turkish international need more to adjust to the system, as he continued picking Barisic at left-back.

Rangers

In recent weeks, Yilmaz has shown his class, and his performance in the 3-0 defeat against Napoli in the Champions League really caught everyone’s attention.

Just when it looked like, he will nail down his spot in the senior team, he picked up yet another injury. Hopefully, it isn’t serious, and he can return quickly.

Meanwhile, the Gers returned to winning ways after coming from behind to ease the pressure of Van Bronckhorst at Ibrox.

In other Rangers news, Carlton Palmer has tipped this exciting player to join Ibrox in January.
