Kyle Fox has work cut out to convince majority if Rangers stakes go through
Kyle Fox has her work cut out if she is to convince the Rangers supporters that she should be accepted at Ibrox, according to Football Scotland.
After the turmoil in the boardroom over the past couple of decades, Fox has been urged to speak out to the fans directly to give her side of the story.
It comes after the Daily Record reported that the American businesswoman has agreements in place to hoover up stakes of 25-30% at 40p per share.

Writing in his latest column for Football Scotland, Mark McDougall shared what to expect for Fox if she does manage to get her stakes over the line.
“While some are unhappy with the board and how they have been performing on and off the field in recent times, many more will be much more nervous about new ownership unless Miss Fox comes out and speaks to the fans directly and gives her side of why she isn’t getting involved,” he wrote.
“It’s completely understandable too given what the supporters have gone through over the last decade or so in terms of ownership and the American will have her work cut out to convince the majority she should be accepted.”

Speak out.
After silence over recent months from the Ibrox boardroom, it would make a refreshing change to hear Fox speak out at this moment in time.
Of course, she may not want to do so until everything is green-lighted and confirmed, but with agreements in place to make her the majority shareholder at Ibrox, that must be close.
With £65million also on the table as working capital, that is a huge sum of money to guarantee alongside her stake, so hopefully, it is a sign that this is a step in the right direction.
After the Craig Whyte debacle back in 2012, Rangers need stability as they have now, but they also need an owner willing to pump more money into the club than is being done right now.
Douglas Park has been silent and led the club through a dreadful summer in terms of business off the field regarding to player sales and subsequent transfers.
With court action now officially over, this one could move quickly for Fox – fingers crossed she can persuade everyone that she is the right person for those stakes.
