David Graham resigns from Rangers Director of Communication post
Rangers Director of Communication David Graham has resigned from his position, according to the Scottish Daily Express.
He has left Ibrox after more than two years in charge of the communication department where he replaced Jim Traynor in the role.
The report stated a quote from an unnamed Rangers official who confirmed the development by stating: “We can confirm David Graham has resigned from his position of Communications Director at Rangers.”

Another media outlet Vital Rangers reported that Graham’s decision might be due to personal and family reasons.
Smooth transition
For any business to run smoothly, the system is the most pivotal tool as no individual is bound to stay at an organisation for their whole life and they will leave sooner or later.
Ever since Rangers were relegated a few years back, one of the areas where the top-tier management especially worked on was developing a system where regardless of who comes in or who goes out, the club remain sustainable, both on and off the pitch.

It is because of this reason the Gers managed to come back to the highs so soon after going through a phase where many clubs would’ve found it nearly impossible to ever come back.
Therefore, even though the departure of Graham will be a blow for the club, it is important the transition is not only smooth but it is also quick so that the club’s overall activities are not hampered because of the absence of a key individual.
