Rangers official partner takes dig at board for transfer deadline day inactivity
Heart and Hand believe that the Rangers board are making a bad decision by not signing any more players in the transfer window.
Via their Transfer Centre, Sky Sports reported that the club’s activity has concluded for the summer despite the window being open until 11pm.
This led to Gers’ official partner to share its thoughts on not making the most of their Champions League qualification.
Via Twitter, they wrote, “I hope we don’t regret this. I really hope I’ll be eating humble pie over it but for me this is a bad error of judgement from the board.”
Shocking
Rangers have not made the most of the fact that they navigated past some gruelling qualifying games to make it to the Champions League.
It was a remarkable feat after over a decade and one would think that they would strengthen their squad in the remaining days of the window.
There were calls to sign another midfielder and possibly another wide player if they had the chance, but that does not look happening.
They may the price for it not just in Europe but also in the league as they’ve lost two big players.
While the new signings have really done well thus far it never hurts to bring more quality to the table and add to the competition in the squad.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst himself left the door open to new signings as he could’ve easily said that he’s happy with his squad and will not want anything on deadline day.
In other Rangers news, the BBC never seem to learn their lessons as they persist with their embarrassing anti-Rangers agenda.
