Rangers starting XI v Ross County: Van Bronckhorst makes one changes

Rangers have named a strong line-up for their Scottish Premiership game against Ross County at Ibrox on Saturday (27 August).

The Gers are heading into this match with full confidence after they defeated PSV Eindhoven away from home in the Champions League to book a place in the group stages.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst has made one changes from the side that won 1-0 in Holland. Glen Kamara has been axed, while Scott Wright has come into the side.

Three points

The victory against the Dutch giants was a monumental shift for the club, as they will be playing in the Champions League group stages once again.

The Gers have been pitted in a group of death, alongside the likes of Liverpool, Ajax and Napoli.

It’s an incredible achievement but the job is only half done. Rangers fans can look forward to some great matches in Europe, but for now, they have to turn their focus to the league.

Their perfect start to the season ended last week after they drew 2-2 against Hibernian, a game where two players were sent off.

Van Bronckhorst will hope that Antonio Colak will continue his impressive form. Scott Wright has been given another chance to impress here.

Another player who has impressed heavily is Malik Tillman. The youngster, who joined on loan from Bayern Munich, has adapted quickly to Van Bronckhorst’s system, and he has been fantastic so far.

Rangers need to get back to winning ways in the league, and Van Bronckhorst won’t be happy if they don’t pick up three points from this game.
