Rangers win v PSV ‘great’ for Scottish football – Neil Warnock
Neil Warnock has heaped praise on Rangers after their historic win against PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday.
The Gers secured their place in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League after securing a 3-2 aggregate win over the Dutch side.
Talking about it on talkSPORT, Warnock was of the opinion that Rangers victory was incredible for Scottish football.

“When I saw what Rangers did last night, it was great for Scottish football. Absolutely great,” he said.
Important
Rangers came into this season hoping to improve on their performances in the previous campaign where they finished as the runners up in the UEFA Europa League and also won the Scottish Cup.
With just few weeks into the new season and it almost feels like that the Gers have already bettered what they achieved last year.
After winning on aggregate against Union SG despite suffering a 2-0 thrashing in the first-leg, not many give Rangers a chance to progress to the next stage but Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men proved everyone wrong.

The similar thing happened in the tie against PSV where once again, not many gave them a sniff after the first-leg at the Ibrox finished with the score of 2-2.
However, once again, the players turned it around when it mattered the most and secured a historic triumph. The fans will be hoping that now the players will continue producing similar kind of performances and go as deep as they in the tournament.
In other Rangers news, Celtic and the Gers are at loggerheads over a record-breaking SPFL midfielder and a bid for him has already been tabled.
