Rangers want immediate contract talks with Ryan Kent after Champions League qualification, would cost up to £12m
Rangers want immediate talks with Ryan Kent over a new contract after qualifying for the Champions League, according to The Fourth Official.
The online source has reported that the Bears want to get a new deal over the line as soon as possible for the winger, who yet again played a key role in Eindhoven.
It is said that it could cost up to £12million for Kent to sign on the dotted line, but that would no doubt be over a long-term period keeping him at the club.

Writing on their official Patreon page, the Fourth Official shared the latest news to come from Ibrox after the wealth of the Champions League finally returned.
“Rangers made no secret of the fact that the players they would have looked to bring in during the last few days of the transfer window would have been dramatically different if they didn’t qualify for the Champions League,” they wrote.
“First, Rangers do want to get Ryan Kent on a new contract ASAP and that could cost between £11m-£12m (this is an estimate from my end).”

Over to you.
Ross Wilson was in the dressing room joining in the celebrations last night, but even if he did wake up with a sore head this morning, he will have been straight back into business mode.
Kent will top the list for a new contract, with the likes of Alfredo Morelos possibly taking a back seat after developments across the past week.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has delivered huge windfalls to the club since joining in both the Europa League and now the Champions League, so this is the least he is owed.
Rangers need to keep their best players and qualifying for the biggest club competition in the world will only make sure that likely happens across the next week.
Where else would Kent want to be? We have proven multiple times now that you can succeed in Europe, and now it is time to sign on that dotted line.
All eyes on this one.
