Rangers still want to add new striker and midfielder before transfer window slams shut
Giovanni van Bronckhorst still has his eyes set on a double transfer blitz at Rangers before the window slams shut, according to the Daily Record.
The newspaper has reported on its website that a new striker and another midfielder are on the cards at Ibrox in the next couple of weeks.
Ross Wilson is set for for a busy 12 days in Glasgow, with money still presumably ready to go from the high-profile sales of both Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey.

One name that has appeared over the past 24 hours is Midtjylland midfielder Evander.
The Brazilian currently has three years left on his deal in Denmark though, and is likely seen as too expensive for the Bears to get a deal over the line.
Van Bronckhorst remained coy when quizzed on the remaining days of the window, and he did admit that things can get “crazy” when the deadline is quickly approaching.

Sign?
Even if it isn’t Evander who shows up at Ibrox in the next couple of weeks, it is a big sign that midfield is the area that is concerning Van Bronckhorst at this moment.
A new striker would come in to compete with both Antonio Colak and Alfredo Morelos, so maybe that one is only possible should the latter move on.
That looks unlikely right now, with a new contract the more probable ending.
If a new midfielder does arrive in the next week, expect Wilson to be looking for any possible bargain transfer that could arrive before the deadline for the final third.
Money is available, and even more could be should we reach those Champions League group stages, with that windfall possibly being eyed before anything is targeted.
All eyes are certainly on Ibrox now though, with not one but two new faces potentially set to walk through those famous front doors – bring it on.
In other Rangers news, Ross Wilson now has names lined up just in case Alfredo Morelos seals his exit this summer
