Ally McCoist singles out Malik Tillman in Rangers draw v PSV Eindhoven
Ally McCoist was left singling out Rangers playmaker Malik Tillman during the 2-2 first-leg draw over PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League qualifiers.
The American was everywhere when on the pitch, but his final product let him down in the end with numerous chances to grab a goal, or even assist one.
McCoist singled out one chance where Tillman failed to shoot when it opened up, admitting that he will regret not taking on that opportunity in the opening 45 minutes.

Speaking live on BT Sports coverage of the clash [16 August, 8:24 pm], McCoist was not massively impressed with one moment from the American.
“He probably does a little too much,” he said,
“He did well though, good play. he had an opportunity to curl it or drive it, he will regret that.”

Regret.
Tillman was literally just that final product away from having yet another amazing night at Ibrox.
The playmaker was the talk of the town after his towering head against Union Saint-Gilloise, something he also then replicated when St Johnstone came to Ibrox.
But, it just didn’t happen for him this evening.
There were two huge chances, this one where he should have shot and the second where he should have laid it on a plate for Ryan Kent, but instead, he dribbled an effort on goal.
Not everything is about leaving the pitch with a goal to your name and Giovanni van Bronckhorst will no doubt have been pleased with what his American star gave him.
PSV were clinical with their chances when they arrived this evening, and that is something we need to take to the Netherlands next week if we are to leave with Champions League football guaranteed.
There can be no regrets then.
