Kris Boyd slams Rangers trio after defeat at Celtic Park
Kris Boyd was very critical of Rangers after their 3-0 defeat against title rivals Celtic, name dropping Ryan Kent, Kemar Roofe and Joe Aribo for their poor performances.
The defeat leaves the Gers in second place with their Glaswegian rivals sitting one point ahead of them at the top of the table.
Boyd said Celtic ‘blew Rangers away’ in a first half performance that wrapped up the game for the Hoops.

“It’s a wake-up call for Rangers … if Aberdeen and Ross County wasn’t enough.” Boyd said according to Daily Record.
“They came here and were second best, and that’s me being kind.
“In the first half Celtic absolutely blew Rangers away.
“I spoke about Celtic’s speed in attack but we thought if Rangers could deal with that they had their own threats.
“But I don’t think we saw anything from Ryan Kent.”
He added “Joe Aribo was quiet and Kemar Roofe didn’t really get into the game.”

No more margin for error
If that doesn’t kick Rangers into action, nothing will.
They were unresponsive to their disappointing results against Aberdeen and Ross County in recent weeks and last night’s heavy defeat is less of a shock when considering that.
The Bears couldn’t play their own game at all and seemed completely overwhelmed in all senses which Celtic more than took advantage of.
The Hoops probably couldn’t believe how easy it was for them with the game all but over at half time.
Thankfully there is still a long way to go and more than enough time for Rangers to turn things around.
They have to turn their form around immediately as they are now behind in the title race and can’t afford to drop any more points, increasing the gap at the top.
The exciting finish to the transfer window will hopefully soften the blows dealt to the Gers in recent weeks and give them enough firepower to turn things around.
