Mateusz Zukowski pulls out of Lechia Gdansk training camp, Rangers set to conclude £300,000 transfer – report
Mateusz Zukowski has pulled out of Lechia Gdansk’s training camp to sign for Rangers on deadline day, according to the Scottish Daily Mail.
The newspaper has reported in their print edition (January 31) that the Bears will pay up to £300,000 to get a deal over the line today.
Polish giants, Legia Warsaw, are also said to have had an interest in Zukowski, who looks set on a move to Ibrox.

With Zukowski out of training, it should be a matter of time before this move is completed in Glasgow.
Nathan Patterson moved to Everton in an initial deal worth up to £12million, so getting his replacement for only £300,000 is brilliant business.
James Tavernier is guaranteed to start at right-back with the captain’s armband, but he needs back-up like any other player.
Patterson was getting frustrated at his lack of game, but a young player like Zukowski will be delighted for the opportunity.

Here we go.
So, this looks like the first deal that will be concluded today.
There are multiple plates spinning by Ross Wilson, who will have his team on overdrive looking for even more reinforcements.
Zukowski covers the right-back problem, meaning James Sands can strictly be used as a midfielder – something that he has admitted is his preference.
With other clubs spoken to, the package offered by the Bears looks to have tipped the deal in their favour and dramatically helps with squad depth.
Zukowski looks to have buckets of pace behind him and has the desire to burst into the final third, as shown by this goal here.
Deal number one is done, by the looks of it, let’s hope for even more excitement throughout the day.
