Rangers could sign Aberdeen midfielder Lewis Ferguson
Rangers could look to target Aberdeen midfielder Lewis Ferguson, who is the son of former Gers player Derek.
According to the Daily Record, Ianis Hagi’s season long injury means that the club will have to look for alternatives this month.
Among six options, the 22-year-old Scotland has been included, and the fact that his uncle Barry Ferguson also spent five years in Govan could see him angle for a move to Ibrox.

The report reads, “The combative Aberdeen midfielder has impressed at Pittodrie, but Dave Cormack looks to have a high valuation of Ferguson.
“If an offer does come in, dad Derek and uncle Barry will surely be trying to sell him on following in their footsteps in Govan.”
Good move?
It does make a lot of sense to look for someone to fill in the Hagi-shaped void at Gers.
The Romanian has been tireless and selfless, playing in a number of positions for the Scottish giants.
His absence is bound to cost Giovanni van Bronckhorst and it’s imperative that the club signs a replacement this month.

Still only 22, he has his full career ahead and it could be the right time to take the step up to Rangers.
He will certainly be welcomed by fans as they will be reminded of what the Ferguson name means and he could even go on to make a captaincy candidate in the future.
Whether or not a move happens this late in the window is a big doubt.
In other Rangers news, a summer exit is likely for an ‘Outstanding’ player and his potential replacement has been mooted.
