BBC journalist Glenn Campbell: Rangers and Scottish Premiership fans to return after winter break
Glenn Campbell has shared that Rangers fans should be allowed to return to all Scottish Premiership games at 100% capacity after the winter break.
The BBC journalist has insisted that he has heard zero talks of any restrictions sticking around on large outdoor gatherings.
Nicola Sturgeon had put restrictions on the Boxing Day fixtures in Scotland but could be about to reverse that decision in a major announcement this afternoon (11 January).

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Campbell shared the latest ahead of the major announcement this afternoon.
“Not hearing any talk of restrictions on large outdoor gatherings being renewed in Scotland beyond Jan 17th,” he said.
“Means fans should be able to return to football next week after the (early) winter break and that Murrayfield will be good for 6 Nations.”
Perfect.
The restrictions should never have been brought in, in the first place, and it looks as though they will be taken away.
Rangers may have voted against the winter break being brought forward, but it looks as though it could help bring fans back quicker.
Having said that, there is nothing confirmed and Sturgeon could make a U-turn at any point given her track record in the past.
With a trip to Pittodrie first up next week after the break, could a ticket rush come into play across the next seven days if these restrictions are taken away?
One thing for sure, it looks as though the Bears will be back to packing out the majority of stadiums up and down the country – bring it on.
