Rangers table bid to sign Leeds United forward Crysensio Summerville
Rangers have made a bid to sign Dutch winger Crysensio Summerville on loan from Leeds United, according to ITV commentator Seb Hutchison.
Leeds played West Ham in the FA Cup on Sunday and during ITV’s coverage of the game, Hutchison revealed offers had been made for Summerville, 20, as he was substituted on in the 77th minute.
As Summerville was getting ready to come on, Hutchison said: “It is going to be Summerville coming on who has loan offers, we understand, from Blackburn and Rangers in Scotland.”

Handy option on loan
The Scottish Daily Mail reported via their print edition on 1 January [page 112] that the Gers were exploring a loan swoop to sign the Dutch winger so this really does seem to add up.
Summerville is a player who excites us and we would not be shocked to see Giovanni van Bronckhorst creating a contingency of Dutch players in Govan throughout his spell at Ibrox.

He’s tricky with the ball at his feet and also capable of scoring superb goals.
LUTV commentator Tom Hill called one of Summerville’s goals “wonderful” in a video relayed on the official Leeds Twitter account on 10 October after he netted versus Sunderland’s Under-23s.
Summerville had a bit of an impact when he came off the bench at West Ham.
While Leeds lost 2-0 and were knocked out of the FA Cup, Summerville did shine as he looked lively in Leeds’ pursuit of an equaliser, prior to Jarrod Bowen’s late goal.
We’d definitely be happy with Summerville.
In other Rangers news, this Gers player has admitted he’s ready to quit Ibrox amid speculation linking him to the Premier League.
