Ben Williamson set for Rangers recall and new Janaury move
Rangers talent Ben Williamson is set to return to Ibrox in the upcoming January transfer window.
Football Scotland has reported that The Bears are set to activate a recall clause for the midfielder, who is currently at Livingston.
The online outlet have reported that another loan move is already on the cards, with Raith Rovers poised to jump for Williamson.

Thankfully, for Williamson, the move to Raith could be done imminently.
The deal could be completed on the 1st of January, as soon as the window opens with things moving quickly.
Raith play on the 2nd in the Fife derby, with the lower leagues voting against bringing the winter break forward.
The Scottish Premiership did vote for that, but it looks as though the business will still be completed before things restart.

Good move.
A step into the Scottish Premiership looked like a good move for Williamson at the start of the season, but it hasn’t played out that way.
David Martindale couldn’t give the playing time required to the midfielder, with him only making seven appearances in all competitions.
That isn’t enough, and it is brilliant to see the Bears taking action and looking to get the required playing time he needs.
Williamson will have been wanting to prove himself in the Scottish Premiership before potentially making a push for the first-team at Ibrox.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst is clearly committed to that, and hopefully, a drop-down will give him more playing time and a chance to prove he can make it at Ibrox.
