Rangers could lose three key players v Celtic
Rangers could be without several key players for their clash against Celtic in the Old Firm derby, according to reports from the Scottish Sun.
After several meetings in the past 24 hours, a decision was taken to bring the winter break forward right after Boxing Day, due to the rise of Covid cases.
The boxing day fixtures will go out as planned but the attendance has been limited to just 500 people.

Rangers blow?
The Old Firm was originally scheduled for January 2. However, it will now take place a month later on Wednesday night.
The match will kick off at 7:45 pm, and it’s the first time they will play a midweek game since Celtic’s 1-0 win in 2011.
However, Rangers could miss several key players for that game, as the date conflicts with a number of international fixtures.

The Gers could miss the likes of Joe Aribo, Leon Balogun and Calvin Bassey, all of them are likely to be called up for Nigeria.
The Super Eagles are one of the top teams at the tournament and unless they are knocked out earlier, the trio is likely to miss the game at Parkhead.
While the Gers can deal with the absence of Balogun and Bassey, the loss of Aribo would be a huge loss for them. Aribo has been in terrific form this season, and missing him in such a big game would be a crushing blow.
