Rangers missing five players against Dundee United – Sky Sports
Rangers will be missing five first-team players for the Scottish Premiership clash against Dundee United this afternoon.
The Bears welcome the COVID-hit Tannadice side to Ibrox looking to extend their lead at the top of the table.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst will be without the likes of Kemar Roofe and Ryan Jack again despite suggestions they would be assessing more names this morning.

Writing in their preview for the clash, Sky Sports shared the players likely to be missing from Ibrox this afternoon.
“Manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has some doubts,” they wrote.
“And those players will be assessed on Saturday morning but Kemar Roofe and Ryan Jack have both suffered injury setbacks and are unlikely to be available before the winter break.
“While Leon Balogun (knock), Filip Helander (knee) and Nnamdi Ofoborh (heart issue) are still sidelined.”

Growing list.
Thankfully, the squad is looking stronger than ever in terms of depth so these absences shouldn’t have too much of an effect over Christmas.
Leon Balogun is likely one of the first to return from this group, with van Bronckhorst already admitting that Jack and Roofe are set to be out until after the winter break.
What that means is that we aren’t expecting too many changes to disrupt this rather settled Bears side who are cruising right now.
Van Bronckhorst will want to continue that incredible form so far this season, and Borna Barisic could be the only player to drop out.
