Andreas Skov Olsen looks destined to leave Bologna in January, Rangers want to sign him

Andreas Skov Olsen looks set to leave Bologna in January with Rangers ready to pounce on a potential transfer.

The Daily Record have shared the latest after reports from Europe suggested that Hertha Berlin, Real Sociedad and Besiktas were all in the race.

Italian outlet Il Resto Del Carlino has reported that the Bears have already enquired about making a move.

Writing in the live transfer blog for the Daily Record, Liam Bryce shared that an exit looks likely for the Dane.

“Hertha Berlin are the latest club to be linked with Andreas Skov Olsen,” he wrote.

“Rangers have been credited with an interest in the Dane, who looks set to leave Bologna. Besiktas and Real Sociedad are said to be in the mix, too.”

Get it done.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst looks to have set Ross Wilson to work early ahead of the upcoming January window.

The Dutchman likes to keep his wingers as wide as possible, something which can become an issue when Ryan Kent is his only out-and-out wide-man.

Ianis Hagi, Scott Wright and Fashion Sakala can all play there, but given their preference is through the middle, they tend to drift.

Skov Olsen tends to play on the right for Bolgona, and that would suit the Bears perfectly given that Kent likes to start on the left so he can cut inside when in possession.

A move could interest the 21-year-old, with 10 of his 14 appearances in Serie A coming from the bench [WhoScored].

With clubs queuing up for his signature, it’s time for the Gers to make their move and get this one over the line first.
