Confirmed Rangers starting XI v Dundee

Rangers have confirmed their starting XI for their Scottish Premiership clash against Dundee this afternoon.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst has made changes to the side that left Hibernian with all three points on Wednesday evening (1st December).

Confirmed on their official Twitter account prior to kick-off, the Bears have dropped Ryan Kent, making two changes.

Leon Balogun is once again ruled out and won’t return to training until tomorrow, meaning Calvin Bassey will continue his run in the side in the heart of the defence.

Davis hasn’t been at his best, and Scott Arfield will now get his chance to continue his form after shining in cameos all season.

Kemar Roofe will be one of plenty to depart Ibrox this summer

Big chance.

This is the perfect chance for Rangers to get stuck in and continue their perfect start under Van Bronckhorst at Ibrox.

Celtic aren’t playing until Sunday against Dundee United at Tannadice, and there will be big pressure on them should the Bears pick up all three points.

It would create a seven-point gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership, and extending that consistently will be critical to lifting that title once again.

Winning when you aren’t playing at your best is another sign of title-winners, and after that win at Hibs on Wednesday, everyone will be wanting a convincing display here.

In the last four games between these two sides at Ibrox, the home side have smashed home four goals, and we are wanting exactly more of the same.
