Michael Beale sends Twitter message to Giovanni van Bronckhorst after Rangers appointment
Michael Beale has delivered a message to new Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst this evening.
The former assistant manager followed Steven Gerrard to Aston Villa last week as both decided to leave Ibrox together.
Van Bronckhorst has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal in Glasgow, and Beale is looking forward to watching his work closely.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Beale shared his message of luck to the new boss at Ibrox this evening.
“Congratulations and good luck to Gio,” he wrote.
“Giovanni, the staff and the players – excited to see the team play and develop under his leadership.”
Close eye.
It looks as though despite leaving last week, Beale will be watching from a distance as he continues his journey in the English Premier League.
Van Bronckhorst is an exciting appointment and is well-set to take the Bears to the next level given his experience in management.
Beale was the brains behind Gerrard and his success, but we’re expecting van Bronckhorst to be much more hands-on this time around.
Having won the Eredivise with Feyenoord, it is time for the Dutchman to add even more silverware to his resume in Scotland.
It is nice to see Beale send his wishes across and north of the border, with most wanting the coach to stay after Gerrard had packed his bags and left.
It’s time for a new era, let’s make it a second half of the season to remember.
