Jim White shares instant reaction as Rangers announce Giovanni van Bronckhorst
Rangers have announced Giovanni van Bronckhorst as their new manager on Thursday evening after a week of talks.
The Dutchman travelled to London earlier in the week which was followed by more talks in Holland in the past couple of days.
Jim White has been at the heart of the story as he always is at Ibrox, and shared his instant reaction to the news.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, White shared two words as the announcement was finally confirmed.
There was a sense of relief in those two words as he broke the news alongside the official unveiling of the Dutchman.
“Deal done,” he wrote in true deadline day fashion.
Relief.
The blunt nature of the reaction is everyone right now, with it finally coming to an end on Thursday.
All of this talk of would he or wouldn’t he has come to an end, and everyone can relax and now look forward to the future.
It became tiring of hearing that it could be done in the next 24 hours every single morning, but it finally has today.
White will be all over this news on his talkSPORT show tomorrow, and we can’t wait to simply laugh at what Simon Jordan has to say yet again.
Hopefully, this is the start of something bigger and better at Ibrox, after all Gerrard did only bring home that one piece of silverware.
