Sky Sports: Rangers set for Monday talks, no contract agreed with van Bronckhorst
Rangers are set to hold further talks on Monday as they look to appoint their new manager to replace Steven Gerrard.
Sky Sports have shared that no contract has been discussed or agreed with Giovanni van Bronckhorst despite him being the runaway favourite.
The Dutchman did hold positive talks over the weekend though, and those were focused on the long and short-term goals of the club.

Thankfully, both the club and Van Bronckhorst agreed on those.
Ross Wilson will have been reassuring the Dutch icon on the clubs’ finances and transfer goals moving forward past January and into the summer.
With his values and ideas aligning with the club, it looks as though unless a last-minute roadblock is hit, it will be his job to take.
Van Bronckhorst left London after his talks, so it appears unlikely that today’s talks may be with him but possibly another contender.

Get it done.
After positive talks, the only thing left to agree on and finalise is the contract.
Van Bronckhorst is said to be awaiting the call to make things official, but that may come later this evening or even tomorrow based on this.
The Bears are said to be very pleased with their talks and shortlist, with time running out ahead of the weekend’s semi-final with Hibs.
Frank Lampard is a name to be ticked off, with him off the shortlist despite initial talks on Saturday afternoon too.
It’s going down to the wire, but it looks as though a decision is finally coming our way – bring Van Bronckhorst back home.
